Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to join our team. The Operations Manager will play a pivotal role in overseeing and optimizing the operational processes of our product data management services. This individual will be responsible for ensuring the seamless execution of client projects, driving efficiency, and maintaining the highest standards of quality and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operational Strategy:
Develop and implement strategic initiatives to optimize operational efficiency and enhance service delivery.

- Team Building and Hiring: Lead the recruitment and hiring process for the operations team, ensuring the selection of top talent aligned with company values and goals.

- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as a trusted advisor and ensuring their needs are met effectively.

- Performance Monitoring: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track operational performance and identify opportunities for optimization.

- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments, including technology, sales, and customer support, to align operational activities with business objectives and priorities.

- Process Improvement: Identify and document areas for process improvement and implement solutions to streamline workflows, increase productivity, and reduce operational costs.

- Training and Development: Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills and capabilities.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience in operations management, preferably in the outsourcing or technology industry.
- Strong leadership abilities with a track record of effectively managing teams and driving performance.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, allocate resources, and meet deadlines.
- Solid understanding of operational processes, quality assurance principles, and performance metrics.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to identify trends, analyze data, and make data-driven decisions.
- Exceptional English, communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapports.
‍- Proficiency in using project management and collaboration tools like Clickup
- Proficiency in using spreadsheet tools like Excel, Google Sheets or Airtable.
- Preferably e-commerce and Shopify experience.
